Weight Loss Update
Just thought Id post an update. Ive been incredibly busy in my business so finding time to pop in and post has been near impossible.
Anyways, so far ive lost 7kilos since I started taking the pills. My eating habits havent changed at all. I still grab a bite on the run while driving around, and I havent had anytime to start looking at an exercise regime. The hardest thing I have found is remembering to take them regularly.
One thing Ive found from taking them, is that they have the ability to supress your appetite. If I forget to eat within 30mins of taking the weight loss pills, I dont feel like eating for quite awhile afterwards. Other than that, there does not seem to be any other side affects, unlike other weight loss pills that I know of which cause constipation.
My wife is going to start taking them as well now, after seeing that I have lost weight. So it will be good to see from a womans point of view how they work as well. For some reason men and women seem to lose weight differantly.
Anyways, I'll try and keep posted on here a bit more often.
Weight Loss Pills Arrived
Well it took awhile but I got the pills yesterday.
I spoke with the suppliers 3 days ago and asked what was taking so long. Their reply.
"we did send out the pills but for some reason DHL didnt get it to you.
We're resending today bud, will send you tracking number as soon as i have it"
So they sent them to me on the 14th and I got them on the 17th. This is actually quite good for shipping pills from one side of the world to Aus. I was really expecting to be waiting another 7 days for the delivery.
I have to give the supplier that. To be able to ship pills within 3 days of ordering is a huge plus in the online marketing industry.
So now for the start of the pills. Tomorrow I will start taking the pills daily as suggested. I have 3 months supply and a wedding to go to on the 15th April as Im the best man :) and could afford to lose some weight before it. lol.
My starting weight is 99kilos, for those of you that don't know how much kilos are here is the conversion ratios
1 kilograms = 2.20462262 pounds
Scary in the pounds, 218.2576 pounds, I don't like the sound of that so from now on I'll always be talking in kilos and let you guys work out the conversions yourself ;)

Weight loss pills on their way
Well it's been a long time coming, but I just spoke with the suppliers and they are shipping the pills to me today. So it's about to start, stay tuned to see how these pills work for me, and how they can work for you :)
